About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client in the health industry, who is seeking a dedicated and professional Call Centre Representative. This role involves arranging appointments, providing excellent customer service, handling inbound calls, and following up with confirmation administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and manage appointments efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all inbound callers.
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
- Perform administrative tasks related to appointment scheduling and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records and update systems as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in using call centre software and other relevant applications.
- A dedicated and professional telephone manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred.
