We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Administrator to join an award-winning financial services business based in Fulwood, Preston.
Established since 2008, this business is helping over 1000 people a month release cash from their homes to enjoy the retirement they deserve and are one of the leading lifetime mortgage and equity release providers in the UK.
Due to an exciting period of growth, we are looking to recruit for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join this business on a temporary basis.
On a daily basis as Customer Service Advisor, you will be…
- Answering inbound calls from customers and answering queries
- Processing paperwork and updating documents in relation to new or updated applications
- Liaising with customers and updating them via telephone or email
- Advising customers and requesting further information to process their requests
We are looking to find people who are passionate about customer service and would enjoy working in a fast paced and varied working environment! Attention to detail and the ability to communicate professionally is essential.
Salary, Hours & Benefits
- £11.44 - £11.64 per hour - Weekly Pay
- Full Time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm 40-minute lunch break Â
- Office Based – Fulwood, Preston
- ASAP Start
