Acorn by Synergie are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors on a temp to perm basis for our client located in Fulwood, Preston.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Once fully trained there is also the requirement to work 9am to 1pm on a Saturday morning every 8 weeks, this shift is paid at an overtime rate.

The rate of pay starts at £11.44 per hour.The company offer excellent modern working conditions and genuine opportunities for progression.

The initial four week training period is all office based but once this has been successfully completed the company do offer hybrid working.

The main duties of the position will include:

* To manage the claims and carry out necessary requirements to ensure the claims progress quickly and efficiently and within our client SLA's.

* Dealing with complex claims and technical issues to allow them to move forward.

* Liaising with client, loss adjusters and policy holder.

* Assist with complaint resolution.

* Own claim from beginning to end.

* To ensure invoice for all work is completed within claims life span set out by clients and accurately records all costs.

* Previous experience dealing with inbound and outbound calls.

* Ability to use IT platforms.

* Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.

* Good attention to detail.

* Methodical and thorough approach to work.

* Well organised.

* Ability to be a team player yet can use their own initiative.
