My client is looking to recruit a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to work out of their main office in Preston.

The salary for this role is £23,308 + earn up to £3000 per annum through the company bonus scheme.

Job Description:

  • Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience to our German customers and partners.
  • Capturing information onto the in house system and data input
  • Query handling in response to customer requests with the support of clear information and providing professional customer service
  • Ensure every time you interact with a customer you are determined to provide the customer with the best possible experience.
  • Have the customer at the heart of everything you do.

Person Specification:

  • Strong communicator who's fluent in German
  • Entry level role but previous experienced within working a customer focused role would be advantageouse. previous experience in Customer Service, Administration, Retail, Hospitality etc.
  • Organised and professional
