Our client is the leading supplier for energy across the North West region. They are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Preston team on a temp to perm basis!
Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:
- Be first point of contact for customers in relation to any queries they have with their account
- Endeavour to resolve any issues the customer may have
- Communicate feedback to senior personnel on the customer experience and issues
- Adhoc duties as and when required
Profile
To be successful in this role:
- Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations
- Flexible from 6am - midnight for rotational shift patterns, i.e. 6 - 12pm, 9 - 5pm, 3pm - 12pm etc
- Experience within customer service, ideally within telephony roles
- Able to work in a team setting as well as independently
- Strong IT skills
Please note you will need able to pass DBS checks and a Drug & Alcohol test.
