Description
As a Temporary Customer Co-coordinator you will:
- Handling inbound, outbound calls & emails for customers and suppliers
- Develop, maintain and update Customer database for all Quotations customers
- Manage, maintain and update Enquiry and Application registers for the Connection Quotations team
- Taking customer payments & updating CRM systems to confirm payment has been successful for internal teams
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required
Profile
To be successful in this role:
- Proven experience within customer service coordination
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Customer facing / customer service orientation
- Ability to plan and organise
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience of Microsoft Office Suit essential (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer, PowerPoint
- Experience of SAP beneficial
