Your new companyThis school has an OFSTED rating of 'Good' and an excellent reputation within the local community for the level of support and education they provide for their pupils. They are looking for an experienced TA to join their team who can be flexible and work with KS1 and KS2 pupils. This school provides a broad and balanced curriculum that meets the needs of all pupils, regardless of ability or background. Your new roleAs this will be a full-time role, you will be responsible for helping within the classroom, completing general duties as well as supporting groups, and on a 1:1 basis. There are no major SEN concerns, but you should have experience working with SEN to provide additional support to children who are falling behind with their work. You will become an integral part of the school, joining a team of TA's who are very experienced and that you will be able to learn from. The most important responsibility will be to maintain the highest possible standards of safety in order to protect your pupils' well-being and ensure that they have a safe environment to learn and be themselves.What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in securing this position, you must possess recent experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting. Experience working with SEN pupils is desirable but not essential, and you will need to be available to start as soon as possible and continue through until summer.
