Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant (PA) to support senior executives in the finance sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.

  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and financial documents as required.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in the finance sector.

  • Strong knowledge of financial terminology, processes, and industry best practices.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
