This independent mortgage brokerage has recently started working with a busy estate agents so they are looking for an experience mortgage and protection advisor to join their team. Your leads will come directly from the estate agency. They are a whole of market brokerage based in Preston.
Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;
- Having consultations with mortgage enquiries.
- Communicating with mortgage lenders.
- Getting information through fact-finding sessions with clients.
- Staying up to date with market conditions.
- Managing the company's CRM system.
Experience needed to become a Mortgage Advisor;
- Minimum 1 years Mortgage Advisor experience
- CeMAP required
- Good communication skills
- Professional telephone manner

- Basic salary between 28-32K depending on experience
