Description
- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries
- Oversee the delivery of accounting and financial services
- Ensure all financial reports are accurate and timely
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Drive the financial performance of the business
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior staff
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies
Profile
A successful Accounts Manager should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACA, ACCA)
- Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Excellent client service skills
- Knowledge of relevant accounting software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Offer
- A competitive salary of between £45,000 and £50,000 DOE
