Axon Moore are please to partner with a growing business as they look to recruit a Head of Financial Reporting for an initial 12 months as the business goes through a system transformation project. This role will oversee all aspects of internal and external reporting including monthly consolidation process, review monthly management accounts and take responsibility of the quarterly financial report for investors Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate the group internal reporting team and deliver financial reports to board
  • Coordinate the group external reporting team and deliver the reporting cycle on quarterly and annual basis
  • Work closely with the wider group control team to ensure compliance reporting on a monthly basis
  • Take responsibility for the group income, balance sheet, cash flow, KPI reporting
  • Take a pivotal role across the IT transformation projects including automation
  • Development of finance staff
  • Continuous improvements in month end controls
The successful candidate will be qualified (ACA or ACCA) with a proven background across group consolidations. Experience in IT transformation including Oracle/Hyperion would be beneficial.
