- Lead the accounting and financial reporting functions within the group, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Be a key business partner, confidant to the Group Financial Controller
- Develop comprehensive and leading accounting policies, processes and procedures required to maintain a strong control environment.
- Responsible for the 1st review and maintenance of the Group consolidation and accurate accounting adherence under IFRS16
- Responsibility for the consolidation and timely and accurate preparation of the Group financial reporting, including:
- Monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual reporting to local authorities and Group.
- Liaison with external auditors, preparation and management of audit processes and sign off of respective management representations
- Manage key financial relationships: Auditors, Regulators, etc
- Corporate oversight and control of Group Assets
