- Leading and managing the Accounting & Finance team
- Preparing and delivering strategic financial plans
- Setting and controlling budgets
- Producing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Developing and implementing financial KPIs

Profile
A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:
- Relevant financial qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Experience in a financial leadership role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and reporting
- Experience in managing a finance team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
