Working as part of the business’ administration team, your role will be to deliver excellent service to your customers from the time they place their order to the time the receive it. On a day to day basis you’ll be…
- Taking inbound calls and emails from customers in relation to their orders
- Once orders have been delivered, dealing with any complaints, faults or missing items promptly
- Requesting and uploading images to establish whether returns are required
- Ensuring customers are updated promptly and closing complaints accordingly
This is a full time, permanent position. Salary, Hours & Benefits
- £24,500 per annum rising to £25,480 per annum (following successful 3-month probation)
- 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday
- 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
