Page Personnel are working alongside a very successful Global company based in Preston. They are seeking a Credit Control professional to join a highly regarded professional services team in the accounting and finance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit control and a proven track record of managing client relationships.

Our client is a leading professional services firm, employing over 3,500 dedicated professionals across the UK. The company prides itself on delivering high-quality services and solutions to their clients across various sectors. They are seeking a Credit Controller to join their Preston office.

Description

If you are successful you will be entitled to:

  • Manage and maintain client relationships within a designated portfolio.
  • Proactively chase outstanding debts via telephone and email.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients to discuss account status.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Resolve client queries and disputes regarding payments and invoices.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on collection activities and progress.
  • Identify opportunities to improve credit control processes.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Profile

A successful Credit Control should have:

  • An educational background in finance or a related field.
  • A solid understanding of credit control processes and principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
