Senior Estimator
Fawkes & Reece are working with a prominent Civil Engineering contractor based in Preston that is looking for a Senior Estimator to become a permanent member of their Pre-construction team. About the role of Senior Estimator
As the Senior Estimator, you'll be a part of the Civil Engineering Pre-construction team, and report to the Managing Estimator. Working on Primarily Highways and structures projects across the North of England on various multi-Million projects.
Project value range c.500,000 - 30mill.
Responsibilities for Senior Estimator
- Analyse and interpret information including appraisal of scheme requirements in terms of construction methods, programme and
- Compile a comprehensive net cost estimate for the works, including preliminary
- Prepare and present net cost estimate for internal
- Timely submission of tender, ensuring that the Clients requirements are met.
- Give others an overview of the scheme, highlighting any job specific risks/benefits.
Offer for Senior Estimator
- 60,000 - 65,000 p/a
- 6450 car allowance
- Hybrid working 2 days per week
- 26 days holiday + Bank holidays
