Our client, a prominent entity in the defence sector, is currently seeking a Strategy Professional to join their team on a contract basis at their Warton site. This position focuses on contributing to strategic projects within the defence and security domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support the organisation's goals
- Conducting comprehensive market and competitor analysis
- Supporting the formulation of long-term strategic objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies
- Providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
- Monitoring industry trends and emerging issues relevant to the defence sector
- Delivering detailed strategy reports and presentations to stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with security requirements (BPSS + SC)
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in strategic roles within the defence and security sectors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to synthesise complex data into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience working in collaborative and multidisciplinary environments
- Understanding of security clearance requirements (BPSS + SC)
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in a related discipline

- Contract Duration: 18 months
- On-Site Requirement: 3-4 days per week
