We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join a team in Preston. This role offers an excellent opportunity for progression to Team Leader for the right candidate.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders to meet customer requirements.
  • Goods In: Receive, check, and store incoming goods efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records and ensure inventory is organised.
  • Quality Control: Inspect goods for defects and report any issues.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Physical fitness to handle manual tasks.
