Technical Account Manager

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to support customers, grow key accounts, and attract new business opportunities. Youll work with a fast-growing, people-focused company that values teamwork and development.

• Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales.

• Build and manage relationships with key customers.

• Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and grow your portfolio.

• Manage accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a 3-month sales pipeline and meet revenue targets.

• Work closely with the Service Delivery team to ensure smooth implementation.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Experience managing SME customers.

• Technical knowledge of Cloud Services, Microsoft/Linux technologies, VoIP & Unified Communications.

• Experience selling Cisco, Juniper, or Meraki products is a plus.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Autotask, Kaseya, etc.).

• Ability to manage projects from presales to implementation.

• A full UK driving license is required.

• Salary up to £60,000 + uncapped commission.
