This is a great chance to join a business which will allow you to undertake a mixture of project and support duties from day one. You will provide technical support remotely for the business's external clients. Your duties will include: Resolving and escalating tickets, involvement in large projects (upgrades, rollouts, migrations), technical research for client solutions, logging and updating IT support issues and partaking in technical training and personal development sessions.
