Role Overview:As a 2nd Line IT Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing advanced technical support. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex IT issues, supporting 1st Line Analysts, and ensuring that clients' IT infrastructure is running smoothly. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues.

Qualifications and Skills:* Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in IT position, ideally within an MSP environment.* Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V).* Problem-Solving: Excellent analytic and troubleshooting skills, with a proven ability to resolve complex technical issues.* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.* Customer Service: A customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to providing high-quality service and support.* Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent are preferred.* Team Player: A collaborative approach, with the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
