Role responsibilities include:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support inquiries. * Deliver desktop and application support to both internal and external users. * Efficiently manage support tickets, coordinating with third-party vendors when necessary. * Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. * Quickly troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues. * Install approved software and ensure system integrity. * Keep detailed records of faults and their resolutions.
