Senior Associate – Abuse & Social Care

Location: LancashireFull-time: 36.25 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)

You’ll manage your own caseload, handling complex and novel cases while working collaboratively on larger projects. The role offers flexibility with hybrid working and a healthy work-life balance.

Strong pre-litigation and litigation experience in abuse and social care law is essential, alongside excellent communication, time-management and leadership skills.

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor (or CILEX equivalent) with 5+ PQE
  • Experience includes substantive abuse & social care work (claimant or defendant)
  • Proven ability to supervise and motivate teams
