- Utilizing modern conveyancing technology to improve efficiency and client experience.
- 2+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing, with experience handling a broad range of property transactions.
- Strong understanding of property law, leaseholds, and complex title issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Client-focused approach, ensuring exceptional service and clear communication.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency with case management systems (experience with ProClaim or Redbrick is a plus).
- Experience with investor purchases, buy-to-let portfolios, and separately represented lenders is desirable.
- A commercially aware mindset with an interest in business development and networking.
