Senior Solicitor – Private ClientLocation: LancashireSalary: c.£55K + excellent benefitsMy client is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their highly regarded Private Client team in Lancashire. This is an exciting opportunity to work within one of the largest and most well-respected teams in the Northwest, known for handling complex private client matters for high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, elderly clients, and landed estates.The team has received multiple industry awards and holds a Tier 1 ranking in the Legal 500 and Chambers Private Wealth Law. Led by an experienced and well-recognized private client specialist, the department is committed to delivering exceptional client service and fostering professional growth within the team.Due to continued growth, my client is seeking a talented solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE who is confident in managing a broad range of private client matters. This role would suit someone working at Solicitor to Senior Associate level, with strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to client care and business development.The Role:
  • Handling a variety of private client matters, including complex wills, trusts, estate administration, inheritance tax planning, and business succession planning.
  • Advising on landed estates, capital gains tax, and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
  • Managing an existing caseload while also developing and maintaining strong relationships with referrers, clients, and professional networks.
  • Supervising and supporting junior members of the team as required.
  • Playing an integral role in the continued growth of the private client department in Lancashire.
  • STEP qualification or working towards STEP membership is desirable.
