This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value, complex family law matters, including cases involving high-net-worth individuals, business assets, and international elements.The Role:
  • Managing a caseload of divorce, financial settlements, and private children law matters, often involving high-value assets and intricate legal issues.
  • Conducting advocacy in court, representing clients in contested financial and children’s proceedings.
  • Providing strategic legal advice to high-net-worth and high-profile clients, ensuring discretion and a commercially focused approach.
  • Working closely with expert witnesses, forensic accountants, and barristers to build and present strong cases.
  • Supporting the development of the team by mentoring and supervising junior solicitors and paralegals.
  • Playing an active role in business development, contributing to the firm’s strong reputation and continued growth.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years’ PQE in family law, with significant experience in high-value divorce and financial settlements.
