Are you a Behaviour Manager looking for a new challenge in a School in Preston

Tradewind are currently working in a partnership with an mainstream Secondary School within Preston to recruit an experienced Behaviour Manager with strong behaviour management to start with them on a full-time basis after February Half Term ongoing until July 2025. 5 days a week with the chance of going permanent.

This Secondary School caters for pupils aged 11 - 16-year-olds. You shall be required to work closely with pupils across all key stages.

As a Behaviour Manager, you will be required to -* Lead Meetings* Work alongside the Deputy Head Teacherand other Behaviour Managers * Attendance* Pastoral

We are looking for:* Dedication to making a positive impact with all pupils.* Knowledge and understanding of working with pupils that have EHCP Plans, ASD, Social and Emotional Behaviour Difficulties.

This Secondary School is based in Preston and is close to motorway links, additionally if you are travelling by public transport there is a bus stop outside the school.
