A specialist property firm is looking for a conveyancing assistant to work out of their Central Preston office. The firm is happy to offer hybrid working with 2 per week worked from home once the candidate has successfully completed their probationary period. The firm is happy to consider paralegals or legal secretaries who have a minimum of 3 years' recent experience in residential conveyancing or licensed conveyancers or legal execs who have a minimum of 12 months' conveyancing experience. Any commercial property experience would be an advantage but is not at all essential. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels negotiable depending on experience.
