Description
- Lead and manage the logistics department, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, from procurement to delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other department heads to achieve company objectives.
- Monitor departmental performance and implement improvements where necessary.
- Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

Profile
The successful Head of Operations will have:
- Proven experience in operational management within the logistics distribution and supply chain sector

- Knowledge of transport, warehousing and carrier networks
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
