Location: Preston or Brough
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 and £60,000-£70,000 (Hiring at Various Levels)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage engineering teams delivering complex, high-profile aerospace projects.
Oversee systems engineering activities across the entire product lifecycle, from concept through to in-service support.
Drive innovation and excellence in engineering practices, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, HR, and technical specialists to enhance engineering capability.
Develop and implement engineering strategies, ensuring robust governance and high-quality technical outcomes.
What Were Looking For:
Essential:
Strong experience leading teams to deliver complex engineering solutions.
Proven leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Desirable:
STEM degree and/or Chartered Engineer status.
Experience working within a highly regulated industry, applying engineering tools, methods, and standards.
