Key Responsibilities of the Operations Director :

• Lead and develop the operations team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and increase production capacity
• Drive operational strategy
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with both short-term and long-term business objectives.
• Encourage cross-functional collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

We are looking for an Operations Director with the following:

• Degree qualified 
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams within a similar manufacturing  environment
• A background in automotive or aerospace manufacturing is advantageous.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and engage diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
• A solid understanding of lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement methodologies
