As Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, working alongside a Head of Marketing and a Graphic Designer. Your work will directly contribute to building brand awareness, increasing engagement, and driving sales through strategic digital campaigns.

With HubSpot recently embedded as the company’s marketing platform, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of content, digital engagement, and marketing automation—helping shape the company’s online presence and customer communication strategy.

Responsibilities:

As the Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll take full ownership of the company’s digital marketing strategy. With HubSpot fully embedded as the backbone of the website and CRM, you’ll become the go-to expert on the platform—maximising its functionality to drive engagement, lead generation, and insightful reporting.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Content creation - writing informative and in-depth guides, customer case studies, e-campaigns, and internal communications articles for the intranet.
  • Managing social media, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Overseeing and maintaining the website (built on HubSpot)—ensuring content, structure, and tags are optimised for SEO.
  • Monitoring customer insights through HubSpot and providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborating with external agencies to support PPC, campaign activity, and brand-aligned creative work.
  • Supporting photoshoots and video content production alongside external agencies.

Experience needed:

  • 3-4 years’ experience in a digital marketing role with a strong focus on content creation and campaign execution.
  • A proven track record of producing high-quality content across multiple formats, including guides, case studies, e-campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Advanced HubSpot experience, including generating reports, managing customer segmentation, and using automation tools to enhance marketing performance.
  • A relevant marketing qualification (e.g., CIM) or a degree in Marketing, English, or a business-related field.
  • A results-driven mindset, with evidence of campaign success and return on investment.
  • Experience using a web CMS.
  • A valid driving licence.
