HR Business Partner - Thrive in a Fast-Paced Preston Business (Home-based with bi-monthly office visits)

Our client are searching for a driven and experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing team in Preston. This exciting role will see you working remotely for most of the week, with bi-monthly visits to the Preston office, offering you the perfect blend of flexibility and collaboration.

About You:

  • You'll either possess a minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, or be a strong Senior HR Advisor looking for a step up into a BP role
  • You're a confident and strategic thinker with a proven ability to deliver impactful HR initiatives.
  • You have a strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
  • You're an excellent communicator with a knack for building strong relationships at all levels.
  • You're proficient in HR software and systems.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and relish a challenge.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR solutions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance management and disciplinary processes.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure they attract and retain top talent.
  • Champion a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Stay up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices.
