What You’ll Be Doing:

Join the Community Adult Neurorehabilitation Team as an Occupational Therapist working in the community around Preston.

The service is open to OTs with all levels of experience in neurorehabilitation and although community experience is desirable it is not essential.

In this role, you will:

  • perform comprehensive patient assessments
  • Work with patients who have had Strokes or ABIs
  • create and implement personalised care plans
  • deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
  • collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
  • maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a current and valid HCPC registration
  • experience working in Neurorehabilitation settings
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care 

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a flexible working position requires availability from 3-5 days per week with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3+ months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
