We are recruiting for a Scanning Team Leader to lead our fast-paced and dedicated team. Candidates for this role must be willing to:

Complete a security clearance screening process, including providing reference details for your last three year's employment and completing a DBS (criminal record check) Due to the clearance required we are only able to accept British Nationals for this role.

Responsibilities:

Manage Service Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the timely and quality digitisation of documents, while adhering to operational guidelines and best practises.

Set the Bar High: Meet and exceed targets to deliver a stellar service, including productivity, quality, and minimising unplanned absences. Your commitment to excellence will be instrumental in our success.

Indexing Expertise: Accurately index fields as defined by our clients, transferring essential information from original documents to our systems. Your attention to detail will ensure flawless records.

Subject Matter Expert: Become the go-to person for operational processes, guidelines, and contracts. Share your expertise and train team members on new workflows, fostering growth and knowledge within our team.

Mail Management: Sort incoming mail, prepare it for scanning, and process documents through high-speed scanners. You'll play a vital role in streamlining operations and reducing paper clutter.
