Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll for around 3000 employees, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.
  • Handle multiple payrolls, publish reports, and manage timesheets with utmost diligence.
  • Liaise with the payroll team to resolve queries and maintain seamless operations.
  • Record payroll deductions accurately and provide backup for team members as needed.
  • Produce statutory information to comply with legal and company standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in a payroll environment and handling multiple payrolls.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ADP iHCM is a plus.
