I am currently partnering with a leading technology business based in the Lancashire area in their search for a Compliance Manager. Supporting the business through a period of growth you will play a critical role in ensuring the business maintains the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
Below is an overview of the key responsibilities:
- Review and continuously improve policies and procedures
- Monitor and assess the organisation's compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead a small team, driving high performance
- Lead on the external accreditation process
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues
- Oversee the company's data protection strategy
- Coach Managers in relation to compliance, raising its profile in the business
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and responding to enquiries
- Lead on compliance audits
- Prepare reports for senior management in relation to compliance
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to regulations
- Provide compliance input to a variety of business transformation projects and initiatives
To be successful in this role it is essential that you are detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong compliance background.
Please note this is a hybrid role - a presence in the office a couple of days per week is preferred but there is flexibility around this.
