I am currently partnering with a leading technology business based in the Lancashire area in their search for a Compliance Manager. Supporting the business through a period of growth you will play a critical role in ensuring the business maintains the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

Below is an overview of the key responsibilities:

  • Review and continuously improve policies and procedures
  • Monitor and assess the organisation's compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead a small team, driving high performance
  • Lead on the external accreditation process
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues
  • Oversee the company's data protection strategy
  • Coach Managers in relation to compliance, raising its profile in the business
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and responding to enquiries
  • Lead on compliance audits
  • Prepare reports for senior management in relation to compliance
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes to regulations
  • Provide compliance input to a variety of business transformation projects and initiatives

To be successful in this role it is essential that you are detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong compliance background.

Please note this is a hybrid role - a presence in the office a couple of days per week is preferred but there is flexibility around this.
