Primary TA - Preston:
Prospero Teaching are currently seeking an experienced teaching assistant to join a school near to Preston. This is a full time position to start after the February half-term.
The Role:
- Using positive behaviour management techniques
- Building rapport with students, staff and parents
- Preparing learning resources and activities
Position Details:
- Location: Preston
- Position: Primary TA
- Hours: 8am-4pm, Mon-Fri
- Type of Work: Temporary
- Full time/Part time: Full time only
- Minimum Rate of Pay: £90 per day, depending on experience
- Start date: 03/03/2025
- End date: Ongoing
Experience, Training & Qualifications:
- Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience
- Psychology degree desired

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold right to work in the UK
- Hold and enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references
