We are seeking a committed and adaptable Teaching Assistant to support Year 3 pupils in a general classroom setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for education to join a supportive and friendly team.
Job Title: Primary School Teaching Assistant (Year 3)Location: Central BlackpoolSalary: £14.55 per hourHours: 8:30am - 3:30pm (Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break)Start Date: After February half-termContract Type: Temporary (confirmed until summer holidays, with potential for a permanent role)
What We’re Looking For:- Experience working with primary school-aged children (desirable but not essential)
- A positive, proactive attitude towards supporting children’s learning and development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced classroom environment
- Level 1, 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant/ Childcare Qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.55
- Full-time hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm)
- A temporary contract confirmed until the summer holidays, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate
