Procurement Administrator; Preston; 6-month Contract37 hrs per week Inside IR35 We currently have a requirement for a purchasing administrator to join a bust team, processing purchase orders and invoicing. The role will be supporting specific technology procurement activities across Sourcing and Contract Management. Candidates to be familiar with basic technology related terminology and processes. The role is based in Preston and hybrid working is available. Core duties Managing RFP’s for IT related Professional Services or Outsourced Services Managing placement of contracts on Software Providers (i.e. reviewing terms, being comfortable with challenging pricing and contracts) Processing contract change notices on complex IT Services agreements Working with IT Resellers Managing internal stakeholders to ensure communication flows are appropriate Candidates should have previous administration/ customer service experience in particular raising purchase orders and processing invoices . Any procurement experience would be an advantage . Candidates should also be confident in the use of MS Office applications including Word and Excel .
