About the Role
As a Quantity Surveyor working on capital projects, you will manage the financial and contractual aspects of large infrastructure projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project costs and budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimation and financial control
Prepare and review contract documents, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards
Monitor project progress and financial performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure effective cost management
Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in relation to project contracts and finances

What we are looking for:

A qualification in Quantity Surveying or an Engineering discipline.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the utilities or construction sector.
Strong knowledge of cost management, contract administration, and financial reporting.
Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
