Job title: Estimator

Location: Preston or Birmingham

Hours of work: 40 hours per week
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Experience of estimating in a scaffolding environment
- Experience of Tube & Fite and system scaffolding
- Full UK drivers licence
- Experience of interpreting specifications, schedules and work scopes
- Able to read and scale building drawings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ideally applicants should also have:
- Experience in Smart Scaffolder

Role information:

- Identify and target potential business opportunities
- Price and prepare tenders
- Liaise with stakeholders to build business relationships with new and old clients
- Interpret specifications, schedules and work scopes
- Produce solutions to ensure customer requirements are met
- Attend negotiations and pre-start handovers
- Prepare handover packs for secured tenders
