As we continue to grow, we are looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our dedicated, small, dynamic team in PrestonThe Role:As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in managing the recruitment lifecycle, from identifying business development opportunities and sourcing top talent to guiding candidates through the interview process and finalising placements. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, offering expert advice, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for all parties.Key Responsibilities:• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying new business opportunities• Source and screen high-calibre candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking• Manage the full recruitment process, including CV shortlisting, arranging interviews, and negotiating offers• Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, and career development• Meet and exceed individual and team targets, driving success in a fast-paced environment• Maintain up-to-date records of candidate and client activity in our CRM systemAbout You:• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within a fast-paced agency environment• Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle, with the ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• A proactive approach to business development and the ability to build lasting relationships• Target-driven with a passion for success and delivering exceptional service• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We Offer:• Competitive salary with an attractive commission structure• Ongoing professional development and training opportunities• A supportive, collaborative team culture with clear career progressionPay: £30k-£40kper year
