Job Description: Civil Estimator - Temporary role

We are seeking a skilled Civil Estimator to join a leading construction and infrastructure company specializing in a wide range of civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in the preparation of accurate and competitive cost estimates for tenders, ensuring profitability and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to develop detailed cost estimates.
  • Conduct site visits and collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather essential data.
  • Prepare tender documentation, including bills of quantities and pricing schedules.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and assess potential risks.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, materials, and construction techniques.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of project requirements.

Requirements:
