Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the companys growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Your role will involve strategic planning, executing sales initiatives, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. This position offers a blend of strategic autonomy and collaborative support, allowing you to make a significant impact on the company's success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Discover and develop new business opportunities, including emerging markets, trends, and client segments.
  • Craft and implement growth strategies that align with the companys goals and vision.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients to drive sales and revenue.
  • Negotiate and finalize business deals to ensure sustained growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand business prospects.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of business development professionals to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role (3 years +).
  • Experience within Fenestration or Construction Industries.
  • Strong track record of sales, client acquisition, and business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Sales, or a relevant field.

Schedule:
