Business Development Manager - Transport- Duties

  • Develop and grow full load sales
  • Research and identify new business opportunities and convert them into trading partners.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline with a focus on consistent business growth.
  • Leverage professional networks to generate leads and secure new business.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Commercial teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Conduct rate analyses, review cost structures, and recommend strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term sales strategies and market expansion plans.
