This part-time position offers a great deal of flexibility, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and tailored English lessons to students at various levels, ensuring every student is supported to reach their full potential.Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, critical thinking, and collaboration.Work with colleagues to plan and coordinate lessons, ensuring a consistent approach to teaching and learning.Provide support for students with individual needs, promoting their personal growth and development.Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.A degree in English or a related subject.Previous experience teaching English at secondary school level (or equivalent).Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students with varying needs.A passion for literature and education, with the ability to inspire and connect with students.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A commitment to ongoing professional development and personal growth as an educator.Desirable:Experience teaching English at Secondary level.
