Vision for Education are recruiting for a Science Teacher for a secondary school based in Preston, starting December 2024 for a maternity absence.

The role
Vision for Education is currently recruiting a Science teacher to join our well-established team of educators. We are looking to appoint an outstanding Science teacher for a December 2024 start.  This will be to cover a maternity absence and will initially run to October 2025.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS and will be a subject specialist in Science. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an NQT looking to professionally develop your kills, this role would be suitable for you.

Requirements

To be considered for the Science specialism Physics Teacher role you must:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have some knowledge or previous experience of Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
  • Be adaptable and flexible
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff
