Role Overview:
As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education across various schools in Lancashire. You'll be called upon to deliver engaging lessons, manage classroom behavior, and ensure that students meet their learning objectives in the absence of their regular teacher.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver planned lessons and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different students.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Provide feedback on student progress and report any issues or concerns to school management.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and adhere to the school's policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with a recognized teaching certification (QTS or equivalent).
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work across different schools as needed.
