We are currently seeking a dedicated Catering Assistant for our client, who operates within a high-security unit. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the catering team. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the preparation and serving of meals in accordance with established hygiene and safety standards.Helping to ensure that the catering environment remains clean and organised.Assisting with the setup and breakdown of dining areas.Contributing to menu planning and providing feedback based on customer preferences.Collaborating with team members to facilitate efficient service delivery.

Successful candidates must meet the following criteria:

Availability to work part time, 30 hours each week. (Monday to Friday)Willingness to undergo a thorough vetting process, as this is required for working in a high-security environment.Ability to pass a DBS clearance as part of the recruitment process.Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well under pressure.Previous experience in catering or hospitality is advantageous but not essential.
